This appendix collects thesis-local PDF snapshots of the three paper manuscripts corresponding to the results chapters, plus the SSH paper’s supplemental numerical-methods PDF. These files are included in the thesis source tree so the submitted thesis can be read together with the manuscript versions used during preparation. In the combined thesis PDF, the full manuscripts begin immediately after this appendix note and are part of the ordinary page sequence rather than hidden file attachments.

The appended manuscripts are:

1. Soft Impurity Walls and Weyl-Arc Transfer in a Superconducting Two-Dimensional SSH Model.
2. Supplemental Numerical Methods for the SSH soft-wall manuscript.
3. A Self-Consistency Test of Internally Antisymmetric Nonunitary Triplet Pairing in LaNiX2-Inspired Models.
4. Microscopic Theories of Time-Reversal Symmetry Breaking in Superconductors through Loop Supercurrent Ordering.

The editable manuscript sources remain in the companion publication repository: ~/Workspaces/henry/publications. The files linked here are archival thesis snapshots, not a replacement for the source directories used to build each paper.

For reproduction, the browser-built thesis PDF is combined with the manuscript PDFs using:

1npm run pdf:embed-publications

The command reads build/pdf/browser/phd-book.pdf and writes build/pdf/browser/phd-book-with-publications.pdf. The ordinary thesis PDF is left unchanged.
