LuminOS is an Artix Linux distribution developed to accelerate science.
The philosophy is simple: it operates via the command-line like old BBC computers, but makes use of advances in software such as Vim. By using the keyboard over the mouse, you become very efficient, reducing abstraction which separates you from the computer’s inner workings.
Be warned: Learning the command-line, and building keyboard muscle memory require time and dedication like an instrument.
